Just extract the archive anywhere you want.

One of the executables starts the game directly,
and the other one lets you fiddle /w settings first
(the settings can be modified in-game, too).

Scanned clean with F-Secure, but use your own discretion.

Tried the game shortly with a Windows 7 x64 computer,
and it seems to work alright.
